A series of meetings open to all members of the Freshman class will be held by the Freshman Debating Council this year in cooperation with the officials of the Union. At these meetings various members of the class will speak on subjects of interest and there will then be discussion by those present.
The first and second squads of the Freshman Council were announced yesterday. The men who will compose the first squad are as follows: Frederick Bolman Jr., O. J. Buckley, J. B. Cahn. R. B. Doromus, H. H. Freedlander, C. F. Haas, Robert Kramer Jr., A. O. Lindstrum Jr., J. G. Patterson, Morris Pfaelzer 2nd., W. L. Post, and F. L. Weigard.
The second squad is composed of the following men: A. W. Barker, Charles Baumann, M. C. Byer, Cullison Cady, Harold Drimmer, T. W. Farmer, L. T. Holden, V. H. Kramer, O. M. Lurie, Herbert Robbins, Carl Socman, J. D. Sicher, and Norman Sondheim.
