AGASSIZ PRESENTS TROPHY CUP FOR INTER-HOUSE CREW

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A trophy to be known as the Alexander Agassiz cup which will be put in competition each spring among the House crews was given in trust to Eliot House last night by G. R. Agassiz '84, president of the Board of Overseers. The presentation took place in the House library following the second "End Table" at Eliot House. The cup is a replica of an old Norse drinking flagon and is large enough to have inscribed on it the names of winning crews for the next hundred years.
