CIRCULO ESPAGNOL HOLDS THE YEAR'S FIRST MEETING

At the initial meeting of El Circulo Espagnol last night, Dr. E. F. Parker of Washington University gave an illustrated lecture on the Spanish revolution, outlining its causes and stressing the peacefulness of its accomplishment.

Plann of the club, which was organized last spring along the linen of the Cercle Francais, include lectures or programs by students about once a month. The lecture last night was in English but subsequent ones will probably be delivered in Spanish. It is hoped to arrange a debate also in Spanish, with Yale.
