Freshman Debating Council

A Freshman debating council will be organized tonight under the auspices of the Harvard Debating Council at a meeting to be held in the upstairs common room of the Union at 7.15 o'clock. All Freshmen that are interested are invited,, and F. C. Packard '20, assistant professor of Public Speaking, and R. B. Eckles '32, president of the debating council will discuss the plans for the winter.
