Yesterday afternoon in the Boston Garden, both the University Second hockey team and the Freshman-hockey team defeated their opponents in their opening games of the season, the Seconds downing the Belmont Hill School team with a score of 6 to 3, while the Freshmen defeated Arlington High School 3 to 1.
