SPRINGFIELD WRESTLERS IN MEET HERE TONIGHT

University and Freshman Grapplers Meet in Season's Opener-Squad Picked in Elimination Bouts

Tonight at 7 o'clock in the New Indoor Athletic Building the wrestling season for the winter of 1931 will be inaugurated when the Freshman team meets the Springfield 1934 wrestlers as a prelude to the University bouts, which will begin at about 8 0'clock.

The University and Freshman squads met before the Christmas holidays, but until last Friday, January 9, little was done in the way of organization, the emphasis being laid on drilling in the essentials of the game.
