SUES COLLEGE FOR INJURIES RECEIVED AT FOOTBALL GAME

Worcester, June 12--Suits to recover $10,000 because of personal injuries suffered in the Harvard Stadium by Richard C. Water man, of this city, while attending a football game were filed yesterday in Superior Court here against Harvard College and William J. Bingham, Director of Athletics.

Waterman alleges that he suffered the injuries while watching the Harvard-Holy Cross game in the Stadium on November 16 last. The declaration, however, does not make any statement of the nature of the injuries nor does it say how they were received.
