Charles Sheppard Caldwell 1G.B., of Birmingham, Alabama, has been made chairman and editor-in-chief of the Business School Year Book, which will appear next December it was announced yesterday.

Other men who were elected to positions on the board are as follows: Alfred Skinner Woodworth 1G.B., of Boston, editorial chairman; Harry LeCato Smith Jr. 1G.B., of Charlottesville, Virginia, managing editor; Edward Watts Morris 1G.B., of Birmingham, Alabama, photographic chairman; and George Arthur Murphy 1G.B., of Morrow, Georgia, business manager.
