The Colgate nine comes to Cambridge today to meet the University baseball team on the Soldiers Field diamond at 4 o'clock. The Crimson has had an easy week so far with wet grounds causing the Maine game to be cancelled Tuesday and with the cold weather retiring the squad to the cage for practice yesterday.

Last night Coach Mitchell was undecided as to who would shoulder the pitching burden for the University. Either MacHale or Devens will be on the mound for Harvard.

The postponement of the Maine game upset Mitchell's plan to try out all three of his pitchers this week. MacHale was to have been on the mound Tuesday with Devens beginning today's game; Page was slated to play Saturday in the U. S. S. Southern game. In all probability, Devens will get today's assignment and MacHale will pitch Saturday.

Colgate has played once so far this season, going down to defeat at the hands of New York University, with a score of 7 to 1. In that contest Colgate got six hits. Terry the maroon center fielder, saved his team from a complete shutout by a home run. N. Y. U. got nine hits off Daddona.
