Announcement was made yesterday by Professor Harlow Shapley, director of the Harvard Observatory, of the possibility that another hitherto unknown transneptunian planet has been discovered.

Proof of this newly discovered planet consists of several photographic plates taken at the Dominion Observatory at Ottawa in 1924.
