Duelers Face Stiff Opposition In Columbia Swordsmen

The University fencing team will meet the Columbia swordsmen this afternoon in Hemenway Gymnasium at 3 o'clock.

The Columbia swordsmen defeated St. Johns 7 to 2, Hamilton 9 to 8, and lost to Princeton 9 to 8.

The University team was defeated for the first time last Saturday by the Armi by a 9 to 8 score, but has been victorious over M. I. T., New York University, and Pennsylvania thus far this season.

The following men will represent the University;

Foils: H. B. Wesselmen '31; H. C. Cassidy '31; and J. D. Allen Jr. '31.

Epee: F. C. Fiechter Jr. '32; J. J. Mackin '32.

Sabre: L. C. Winter '31; W. M. Wing '31; R. K. Leonard '32; and R. B. Lawson '32.
