A residence for the Dean of the Business School is being built at the southeast corner of the Business School grounds, in accordance with the wishes of George F. Baker, donor of the new buildings.

Mr. Baker felt strongly that a house which would enable successive deans of the school to reside on the premises would greatly benefit the School.

Dean Donham stated yesterday that the new residence will be primarily for dwelling purposes, with only normal facilities for entertaining, since adequate space for official School entertaining exists in the Faculty Club of the Business School.

The house, which has been designed by W. T. Aldrich, will be in very much the same style of architecture as the other buildings, with an enclosed garden behind. It is expected the building will be completed about June 1 so that it will be available for next year.
