PAN-AMERICAN TREATY IS SUBJECT OF DEBATE TONIGHT

The Harvard debating team will meet Yale tonight in a debate on the subject: "Resolved, That the United States Senate should ratify the Pan-American Arbitration Treaty without reservations." The match, which is open to the public, will be held in the Paine Music Hall.

Debating for the University will be D.I. Cooke '31, R.B. Eckels '32, and H.G. Abdian. Yale will be represented by R.B. Fulton, R.G. Osterweis, and P.W. Hoon.
