Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
The finals of the University Wrestling Tournament were run off yesterday afternoon in Hemenway Gymnasium before an audience of some 75. The bouts, which were held alternately with those of the fencing tournament, were refereed by Coach Clifford Gallagher, and announced by A.W. Samborski '26.
The Summary:
115-pound class: F.C. Evans '31, defeated Paul Keller '33 by fall.
125-pound class: J.B. Gilbert '33 defeated H.C. Speel '30 by fall.
135-pound class: P.O. Johnson '33 defeated R.B. Smith '2L by fall.
145-pound class: Johnson defeated D.B. Dorman '32 by decision.
155-pound class: Lifrak defeated Robertson by decision.
165-pound class: W.W. Mein '32 defeated A.W. Kelsey 3G by fall.
175-pound class: C.D. Newhart '31 defeated E.S. Daniell Jr. 3L by decision.
Unlimited class: Nathaniel Warner '30 defeated P.N. Vonckx '31 by decision.
In the finals of the University Fencing Championships in Hemenway Gymnasium, yesterday afternoon, F.S. Righeimer Jr. 1L became University foils champion, with H.C. Cassidy '31 winner in the epee, and L.C. Winter '31 victor with the sabres.
Righteimer, last year's Yale captain, and now a first year law student, defeated Cassidy 5-4 with the foils, and downed H.B. Wesselman '31, this year's Crimson captain, by the wide margin of 5-2.
The same three men were finalists in the epee. Cassidy again distinguished himself by victories over Righeimer and Wesselman which gave him the championship.
The victor in the sabre bouts was L.C. Winter '31, who won from J.F. Varian 1L, a former Eli swordsman, 5-0, and from R.B. Lawson '32 5-3.
