New Haven, Conn., Mar. 17--Frank Luce, center on Yale's varsity hockey team for the past two years was tonight elected to captain the 1931 sextet at the annual dinner at the Hotel Taft. Luce has been the outstanding center of college hockey teams this winter and counted one goal and one assist in the recent Harvard-Yale series. The new captain, a former four-sport star at Andover, has cut his athletic activities down to two at Yale and is playing with the Blue indoor tennis squad.
