Jolly is organizer of the new School of Business Administration in Paris, which is being modeled after the Harvard Business School.

The Chambre de Commerce, realizing the need for cooperative work along the lines followed by Hoover as Secretary of Commerce, has recently created an Institute of Commercial and Industrial Organization to coordinate the work of several French organizations conducting researches in the organization of production and exchange.
