QUINTET TACKLES TWO FOES IN WEEKEND TILTS

MAHADY WILL START FIRST GAME SINCE ARMY CLASH

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

With two disheartening defeats immediately behind it, the University basketball team faces a strenuous weekend, playing the Union team tonight anl opposing the Dartmouth quintet tomorrow night. Both games are to be played at 8 o'clock in Hemenway Gymnasium.

Although no serious mishaps have resulted from the past two games, minor injuries and colds have left Farrell, Rex, and Baskerville in poor condition for the coming contests. Mahady, who has not been in a game since the victory over the Army, is now ready for fulltime action and will probably start at right forward. As the result of an injury acquired in the Holy Cross defeat. Farrell may remain on the bench during most of the games. Pierce's work against the Quakers definitely secured him the center position.

Harvard has lost three games and won six. Union has lost three engagements but won seven.

Harvard's line up will remain the same against the Dartmouth team, which has played fifteen games and dropped six. For the Green; Cheney r.f., Burch l.f., Kramer c., Tangerman r.g., and Schmidt l.g.
