Staging a decisive spurt in the last two and a half minutes of play, Worcester Academy's basketball team defeated the Harvard Freshmen yesterday, 42 to 30, at Worcester.
Despite the final score, it was the closest game played by the Freshmen this season. Harvard had an early lead of 9 to 3, but was behind at the intermission.
