BINGHAM AWARDED GOLD WATCH BY COLLEGE HUMOR

At a luncheon yesterday in the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Boston, Mr. Lesley Gage, sports editor of "College Humor", presented to W. J. Bingham '16, University athletic director, a gold watch "in recognition of his distinguished service in the field of sport, both as a coach and as an administrator."

In making the award Mr. Gage said, "You have been chosen as the first man in the East to receive this award. We believe that no one has done more for his college than you in the four years that you have been director of athletics."
