The United States Lawn Tennis Association has placed D. M. Frame '32 in the national junior singles ranking list. The Association at its meeting on Saturday also voted in favor of tournaments being open to both amateurs and professionals, Provided the International Tennis Federation seconds this vote at its meeting in Paris on March 21, the first annual United States open tournament will be held at Germantown, Pa., on either September 15 or 22.
