The annual Hasty Pudding Club show will be produced this year by John Boyle of New York City, according to announcement made yesterday by Julius Birge '31, manager of the club's theatricals.
Boyle, who is prominent in theatrical circles, has been associated with Jack Donahue, Marilyn Miller, and Ann Pennington, among others.
Actual work on the production will begin with preliminary readings at 7 o'clock Monday night at the club house. The author of the show has not yet been announced.
Last year the club presented "an adaptation by George Weller of the 'Electra' of Sophocles, renamed for brevity's sake "Fireman, Save My Child."
