Judge William Cushing Wait '82, president, will act as toastmaster at the annual winter meeting of the Harvard Chapter of Phi Beta Kappa for the reception of new members at a dinner to be given in the Faculty Room. Harvard Union, at 6.30 o'clock tomorrow night.

There will be several speakers among them President Lowell. Members of other chapters are invited to be present and are requested to notify Professor W. G. Howard '91, secretary of the Harvard chapter, at 91 Garden Street, Cambridge. Tickets are $2.50 each.
