The Bulletin, undergraduate publication of Barnard College, in its issue yesterday, advocated a campaign for publicity to inform the world that it was still an institution for the higher education of young women. A letter, addressed to the college, recently received from a sporting goods concern, was quoted as saying:

"Gentlemen: Knowing that you are interested in eliminating all possible risk of bodily injury to your football players, we want to call your attention to the many advantages of using our rubber line markers--"
