SENIORS FIGHT JUNIORS TO TIE ON MUDDY FIELD

Murphy and Nyhoff Score Touchdowns in Close Battle--Both Teams Fail to Register Extra Point

The Junior and Senior class football teams played to a tie score of 6 to 6 on a muddy and slippery gridiron at Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon. After D. R. Weir '32 had made a long run, Richard Murphy '32, took the ball on the next play and scored the touchdown for the Juniors. The Senior score was made when H. R. Nyhoff '31, after two brilliant long runs, went over for a touchdown. Neither team was able to make the extra points.
