NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A group of 30 candidates started fall lacrosse practice yesterday afternoon on Soldiers Field under the guidance of Coach C. H. Heitz 2G.E. Practice this term will be confined to informal sessions, with an aim to familiarizing new players with the fundamentals of the game. There are no regular contests booked until next spring.

Last year, in competition against Oxford and Cambridge, the Harvard twelve scored more points than any other American team with the exception of St. John's College of Annapolis, Maryland.

There are still facilities for additional candidates, who should attend practice at Soldiers Field regularly at 3 o'clock.

The tentative schedule announced by Manager Carman follows:

April 18, Penn at Philadelphia: April 25, Syracuse at Cambridge: May 2, Dartmouth at Hanover: May 9, Brown at Cambridge: May 16, Navy at Cambridge: May 23, Yale at New Haven.
