Dr. Carl H. Becker, German Minister of Education who will lecture to members of the Graduate School of Education and other interested persons on "The Outline of the German Education System" at Phillips Brooks House on Thursday, will deliver a talk over the radio at 4.30 o'clock this afternoon. He will be heard over the National Brond casting Chain and may be heard through WNAC of Boston. The subject for this lecture will be "The Crises of Learning."
