At 5 o'clock this afternoon the Freshman squash season will open with a meeting for candidates in the Freshman gymnasium. The regular fall tourney which is held to determine the makeup of the squad, will also start tomorrow.

A first and second team will be formed, Coach Harry L. Cowles stated last night. The first team will be entered in a C league and the second team in a D league.

The University squash players will be called out next Thursday, a tentative date set for the first organization of the team.
