NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

By the will of W. A. Purrington '73, a New York lawyer, Harvard will eventually receive $115,000 for medical research. A year before his death, Purrington acquired $150,000 under the will of his friend, Dr. William Carr, founder of the College of Dental Surgery of New York City to be given to institutions after the death of Dr. Carr's widow and sister-in-law. The widow has since died. The remainder of the $150,000 will go to New York institutions.
