Rumors that the Liberal Club was planning to disband were definitely exploded yesterday by a statement of A. D. Langmuir '31, president of the organization, in which he indicated that, if any changes were being considered, they point towards an increase, and not cessation of activities.
Due to the House Plan, Langmuir admitted, the club may decide to sell its present quarters at 66 Winthrop Street, for they are supported solely by room rents, and the undergraduates now living there may henceforth occupy rooms in the new dormitories. A decision on this matter, however, will not be reached till the February meeting.
