CERCLE FRANCAIS PLANS PLAY FOR EARLY PART OF DECEMBER

Meeting Wednesday Night Inaugurates 1929-30 Season

Encouraged and advised by a long letter from their president, William Carter '31, who is traveling in Moscow, the members of the Cercle Francais will meet Wednesday night to decide this year's play, which is to be given about December 10. Suggestions from members, especially in the line of a good modern play, will be considered

Thursday night there will be a meeting of candidates for all three departments acting, business, and stage, which includes costumes and property. Anyone in good University standing is eligible to compete and the business work will start immediately, while the acting competition will not commence until the middle of October.
