Competitions for upperclassmen in all four departments of the CRIMSON will get under way Wednesday evening at 7:30 o'clock in the President's Office of the CRIMSON building, 14 Plympton Street. The News, Photographic, Business, and Editorial Boards will welcome their several aspirants at that time.
Juniors will have their final opportunity to make the CRIMSON by enlisting in the editorial competition, which is open to their class only. Sophomores must wait until mid-years to compete for the Editorial Board.
The Class of 1932 will have the opportunity to compete for the News, Photographic, and Business Departments. Men in this class will have only one more chance to make these boards, that being after the Mid-year Examinations.
President Bernard Barnes '30 will speak to the assembled candidates, outlining the general character of CRIMSON competitions, and then turn them over to the respective department heads. The competitions will last approximately nine weeks, finishing about November 30.
