Sims, Des Roches, and Crotty Being Groomed for First Squad

Under Coach Jack Kelleher, new mentor of second team baseball. Harvard's second baseball team is rapidly rounding into form in preparation for its first game, with the Tufts Freshmen scheduled for Wednesday.

The team is entirely made up of men who were cut from the first squad, and, if they continue the brand of ball they have shown the past week, some of them will again be drafted to the first squad.

In the infield D. F. Davis '30, K. J. Des Roches '31, T. G. O'Neill '30, and H. L. Huxtable '30 form a combination that, except for a little weakness at the plate, almost comes up to the first team infield. K. W. Crotty '30, G. A. Donaldson '31 and C. P. Atherton ocC form the outfield which Coach Kelleher expects to use in coming games.

Of the above men it seems that Sims, Des Roches, and Crotty will be the first to go up.
