James Roosevelt '30 is New President of Organization--Plans for Annual Dinner Given Out

Officers for 1929-1930, together with the plans for the annual dinner which will be held a week from today, have been announced by the Phillips Brooks, House.

James Roosevelt '30, of Hyde Park on Hudson, N. Y. has been elected president of the organization for the coming year. The position of vice-president will be filled by C. M. Underphill '30, of Searsdale, N. Y. C. G. Chase '30, is the new treasurer, and F. D. Emight '30 will be secretary.

The new officers assume their positions immediately after the dinner next Tuesday evening. According to plans released by J. H. Lane '28, graduate secretary of the organization, the dinner will be held at 7.30 o'clock in the parlor of the Phillips Brooks House About 350 people, comprising all members of the University who have been active in the work of the society this year, have been invited to attend the affair: their number will be increased by representatives from Yale and Princeton.
