BASKETBALL CONFERENCE DRAWS TWENTY COACHES

Approximately 20 coaches of New England universities and preparatory schools have signified their intention of attending today's basketball conference at the Harvard Club, Boston. At the conference, called on the initiative of H. W. Clark '23, Assistant Director of Athletics, it is hoped that a solution will be found to the refereeing problem which is facing the New England coaches at present.

Besides Clark, W. J. Bingham '16, Director of Athletics, and E. A. Wachter, University basketball mentor, will represent Harvard. As far as is known representatives from the following schools and colleges will also be present: Northeastern, Norwich, Vermont, Andover, Worcester, Tech, Trinity, Massachusetts Aggies, Milton, M. I. T., Amherst, Brown, New Hampshire, Holy Cross, Tufts, Wesleyan, and Rhode Island State.
