On March 30, in Widener V, an examination will be held to determine the winner of the Ricardo Prize Scholarship, which has an annual income of $500. At that time, candidates will be called on to write extemporaneously, in the examination room, an essay on a topic chosen by themselves, from a list, not previously announced, in economics and political science.

The incumbent must be a member of the Senior Class in Harvard College or of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and must carry on his studies under the supervision of the Department of Economics.
