Karpovitch and Hocking to Lecture

Michael Karpovitch, lecturer in Russian history and W. E. Rocking '01, Alfred Professor of Natural Religion. Moral Philosophy, and Civil Polity, will be the principal speakers in Boston University's Institute on world affairs in Fox Hall, Boston University School of Religious Education today.

Mr. Karpovitch who is a former secretary of the Russian Embassy in Washington, and a graduate of the University of Moscow in 1914 will speak at 10.30 o'clock in the morning on "Recent Developments in Russia". Professor Hocking will speak at 1.30 o'clock on "The Mandate Situation."
