Harvard Students To Vote on Divestment From Israel in Inaugural HUA Election Survey
The appointments of Charles Crehore Cunningham '32 of Milton, as chairman of the Freshman Jublilee Committee and of Joseph Rawson Collins '32 of Cincinnati, Ohio, as chairman of the Smoker Committee, were announced by W. B. Wood, Jr., president of the Class of 1932, yesterday.
The heads of these committees together with the heads of the Constituent Committees of the Red Book and the elected officers of the Class of 1932 will compose the Freshman Executive Board, in whose hands will rest the management of the affairs of the class.
The completed Executive Board will be composed of the following members: W. B. Wood, Jr. '32, chairman, E. A. Mays '32, N. P. Hallowell '32, C. C. Cunningham '32, J. A. Collins '32, A. N. Clark '32, J. B. Ames '32, D. B. Brown '32, J. S. Barker '32, and Morton Bartlett '32.
The Jubilee Committee as announced by Cunningham will consist of the following men: Eustis Walcott '32, sub-chairman, J. W. Appel '32, C. F. Bound '32, G. R. Clark '32, W. H. Crosby '32, Eustis Dearborn '32, Warren Delano '32, W. P. Elwell '32, Reginald Fincke '32, Desmond Fitz Gerald '32, A. C. Forbes '32, J. L. Grandin '32, Potter Palmer '32, A. W. Patterson '32, E. E. Record '32, P. P. Swett '32, F. O. White '32, and P. M. Whitman '32.
The Smoker Committee, appointed by Collins, will consist of the following men: J. W. de Milhau '32, sub-chairman, J. S. Ames, Jr. '32, A. D. Bell '32, W. G. Coogan '32, C. D. Draper '32, A. M. Faxon '32, J. W. Fobes '32, G. W. Lewis '32, Edward Orlandini '32, W. S. Patten '32, Beekman Pool '32, R. P. Post '32, D. W. Rainbolt '32, W. L. Thompson Jr. '32, and W. S. Warner '32.
April 24 is the tentative date set for the Freshman Smoker, while the Jubilee according to present plans will probably, be held the evening of May 17, at which date the Red Book will also make its appearance.
