Victory in the final bout gave the New York University swordsmen a 9 to 8 win over the Harvard fencers Saturday afternoon in Hemenway Gymnasium.
With honors in the sabre and epee events equally divided, the Purple aggregation took five out of the nine foils bouts to clinch its victory.
C. B. Hollister '29 kept his record clean with wins in all three of his events.
