As the result of a challenge received from Exeter, a Freshman chess team has been organized and will compete against the schoolboys in the Faculty Room of the Union at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon.
The Freshman team is built around a nucleus of Ordway Southard '32 and C. D. Laine '32 who are members of the University team which, besides successfully defending its Intercollegiate Championship, now bids fair to capture the Massachusetts Metropolitan League title.
The Freshmen will be represented by the following:
M. A. Baskin '32, M. S. Beeler '32, C. D. Laine '32, A. S. Millnowski '32, O. M. Nichols '32, W. M. Nichols '32, and Captain Ordway Southard '32.
