PRESIDENT LOWELL TO GIVE LECTURE IN GOVERNMENT

Selecting as his subject "Facts and Dogmas of Democracy", President Lowell is to lecture today in Government 2b. The meeting will be open to all members of the University, and will be held at 2 o'clock in Harvard 6.

Among several other prominent men who will address the course in the near future are: Count Sforza, former Italian Ambassador to Paris; Charles A. Beard; R. G. Hawtrey, Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, Whitehall, London; and Professor M. O. Hudson.

All lectures will treat typical problems in the theory and practice of government which are of interest to everyone.
