LARGE NUMBER PERFORM IN WINTER TRACK MEET

Good times in the track events and somewhat below average performances in the field events featured the first day of the annual Winter Carnival Handicap track meet held yesterday in the old baseball cage and on the board track on Soldiers Field. Over 100 men competed.

At the present time McKinlock Hall is leading Smith Halls by a 13 to 12 score in the Freshman Interdormitory clash.

Today's schedule follows:

Field Events

2.30 o'clock: Freshman broad jump.

3 o'clock: University broad jump.

3.30 o'clock: Freshman high jump.

4 o'clock: University high jump.

Track Events

3 o'clock: Freshman 300 yd. run.

3.15 o'clock: University 300 yd. run.

3.30 o'clock: Freshman 600 yd. run.

3.45 o'clock: University 600 yd. run.

3.55 o'clock: Freshman 1000 yd. run.

4.05 o'clock: University 1000 yd. run.

4.20 o'clock: Freshman 1 1-2 mile run.

4.45 o'clock: University 1 1-2 mile run.

5 o'clock: Freshman 1 mile run.
