A concert orchestra consisting of about 12 men chosen from the Pierian Sodality is being organized by Jacob Moscovitz '30. The new orchestra, known as the Harvard Chamber Ensemble, will be conducted by Nicholas Slonimisky, the present conductor of the Pierian orchestra.

According to Moscovitz, the new orchestra will attempt to present as many musical compositions as possible that are produced by students. An announcement of the opening concert will be forthcoming sometime within the next month.
