The Phillips Brooks House Association yesterday announced the appointment of Julius Birge '31 as chairman of the Library Committee to take the place of W. McK. Dunn '30, who was recently elected vice-president of the Association. Nelson Cochrane '32 has been appointed chairman of the Speakers Bureau to fill the place left vacant by the resignation of A. L. Watkins '31.
With the conclusion of the fall clothing drive, approximately a dozen hampers of miscellaneous old clothes, magazines, and victrola records were received by the Brooks House.
