HORWEEN COMES BACK

The news that Arnold Horween will return again next year as coach of the football team will be received with the greatest satisfaction by the undergraduate body and by the alumni. The announcement comes as a climax to a season which though not establishing any mythical championship may in every way be termed satisfactory.

Horween has proved himself a capable coach and a wise and patient leader. He is a man for whom his players will work willingly and without the feeling that they are being driven to death for the sole purpose of producing a string of victories. In the four years that he has been at the reins in Harvard football his teams and their records have shown consistent improvement and this improvement has had its reflection in the ever growing optimism and good will of the student body.

But after all the only thing that needs to be said is that Arnold Horween has shown that football is still a game that men can play with pleasure.
