BACHRACH IS CHOSEN TO HEAD RED BOOK BOARD

OTHERS ARE TO BE SELECTED NEXT WEEK

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Bradford Keyser Bachrach '33, of West Newton, Massachusetts, was appointed editor-in-chief of the Freshman Red Book last night at a meeting of the temporary executive council on Freshman affairs headed by S.L. Batchelder '21.

Bachrach prepared at Exeter, where he was editor-in-chief of the Exonian. He will take over the duties of his office, immediately in preparation for a competition for the Red Book Board, which will be held in January.

The other officers, as announced last night by Batchelder, are as follows Chairman Editorial Board, E. W. Fuller '32, Chairman Business Board: A. O. Brooks '33. Chairman Arts and Cuts Board: R. A. Braggiotti '33; Chairman Photographic Board: H. B. Washburn, Jr. '33.

These men will meet in the near future to pick the students who will work under them on the Freshman publication. Four sub-chairmen of each of the four boards, Editorial, Business, Arts and Cuts, and Photographic, will be chosen at that time.

This method of selecting the board is somewhat different from that employed last year. At that time, the entire board was chosen directly by the temporary Freshman Executive Council, which consists of the chairmen and treasurers of the various dormitory committees.
