The University and Freshman cross country teams will conclude theif fall season when they oppose the Yale runners in two races this afternoon.
Captain R. C. Aldrich '31 will lead his team in the University race at 3.20 o'clock, which will be run from one side of the Larr Anderson Bridge over the Water own bridge, and around on the other side of the river, ending up at the Larr Anderson Bridge again. The total distance is five and a half miles.
The University team has a clear record so far having defeated Holy Cross, 19 to 53; New Hampshire, 23 to 37 and Dartmouth 20 to 36.
Yale is reported to have a strong team; but last Saturday the Blue was decisively defeated in a dual meet by Cornell, 19 to 54. O'Brien, star runner of the Elis, however, did not participate in the race
The University team will start as follows Aldrich; G. N. Barrie '32; B. E. Estes '32; E. T. Floathe '32; J. W. Fobes '32; J. M. Fox '32; N. P. Hallowell '32; R. G. Hodges '31; Sturtevant Burr '31; and T. A. Dodge '32.
The Yale team will be made up from the following men: W. F. Smith; M. D. Smith; Harrington; Bullock; Duberg; Bryan; Gaud; Pope; Whittemore; Echols.
The 1933 harriers will meet the Yale Freshman 3.10 o'clock ten minutes before the University race. The distance for the first year men is about three and three quarters miles, beginning by the Metropolitan Race Track, and ending at the Lars Anderson Bridge.
The Harvard Freshman team will start as follows: Arthur Foote; R. P. Wesley; E. H. Clark; N. P. Dodge; J. F. Ellsbree; J. T. Hughes; F. J. Murphy; A. DiCicco; J. S. Hayes; and N. F. Edmunds.
