It will come as a relief to many men to know that they will still be allowed to make up groups when applying for rooms in the Houses. True the Masters hope to keep the groups as small as possible and strongly oppose any, plan which would make up an entire entry of intimate friends, but they have excellent ground for doing so. Since the occupancy of the rooms is to extend over a period of three years, there would be a tendency for certain entries to take on the color of exclusive clubs. Such a tendency would smack dangerously of the fraternity atmosphere so foreign to the usual spirit of Harvard.
