Dr. Clarence C. Little '10, former president of the University of Maine and of the University of Michigan, will speak tomorrow night at 7.30 o'clock at the Ford Hall Forum in Boston on the subject "In Birth Control a Proper Subject for Public Discussion?"
Dr. Little, who has held many positions of importance in the scientific world, has been active in the interests of birth control, especially since his appointment as director of the American Birth Control League in 1925.
