"Deacon," the rollicking black Army mule will cavort in the Stadium this afternoon in a special one act drama.

During the gridiron clash he will be restrained, it is hoped, by his caretakers. Providing for the possible cold weather he has been equipped with a black, grey, and gold overcoat to protect him from the frigid breezes sweeping over Soldiers Field.

He is reported to be tipping the scales at more than his normal weight but when he: is groomed, clipped and polished he will be ready to frolic in the accustomed manner.
