Going into the second game of the season this afternoon at 3 o'clock, the University soccer team seems assured of a hard contest against the Syracuse team. Last week the University booters defeated Worcester Polytechnic Institute 3-0, and gave indications of strong offensive play after early season raggedness had been eliminated.
The Harvard lineup for the game is as follow: J. P. Faude '31, g.; Capt. A. M. Stollmeyer '30, l.f.b.; P. J. Catinella '32, r.f.b.; F. L. Howe '32, r.h.; B. B. Kane '32, c.h.; J. R. Bland '31, l.h.b.; E. J. Grover '31, r.o.f.; D. B. Dorman '32, r.i.f.; H. H. Broadbent '32, c.f.; D. M. Frame '32, l.i.f.; Carrigan, l.o.f. The game is to be played on the field behind the Business School.
Freshmen Should Beat Dean
Saturday at 3 o'clock the 1933 booters will open their season against Dean Academy, on the field behind the Business School. Last year the visitors fell victims to the 1932 team by the count of 5 to 0.
